개인정보처리방침
‘부부 가계부’(이하 ‘앱’)는 부부가 한 가계부를 함께 쓰는 앱입니다. 앱은 가계부를 두 사람이 함께 보도록 개인정보를 서버에 저장합니다. 이 방침은 무엇을, 왜, 어디에 저장하는지 설명합니다. 앱은 광고·분석 도구를 쓰지 않으며, 개인정보를 팔거나 광고에 쓰지 않습니다.
1. 수집하는 정보
- 계정: 이메일 주소. Google 로그인을 쓰면 Google 계정의 이름과 프로필 사진 주소도 받습니다. 이메일로 가입하면 비밀번호를 쓰며, 비밀번호는 암호화(해시)되어 저장되고 개발자도 볼 수 없습니다.
- 프로필: 앱에서 쓰는 이름, 프로필 사진(Google 프로필 사진 또는 직접 올린 사진).
- 가계부: 가계부 이름, 초대 코드, 지출·수입·정산 내역(금액, 가게, 분류, 메모, 날짜, 낸 사람, 누구를 위한 돈인지), 정기 수입·지출, 예산.
- 고마워: 집안일·고마워 기록, 포인트, 선물(보상) 목록과 사용 기록.
- 결제 알림(Android, 사용자가 켠 경우만): 아래 3번을 보세요.
위 정보는 가계부를 함께 쓰는 배우자에게도 보입니다.
2. 이용 목적
- 로그인과 본인 확인, 부부가 같은 가계부를 함께 보고 고치는 기능, 예산·리포트·정기 지출 같은 앱 기능에만 씁니다.
3. 결제 알림 읽기 (Android)
- 사용자가 ‘알림 접근’을 허락한 경우에만 동작하며, Google 월렛(Google ウォレット) 앱의 결제 알림만 읽습니다. 다른 앱의 알림은 읽지 않습니다.
- 결제 알림에서 금액과 가게 이름만 뽑아 ‘확인 대기’ 내역으로 가계부에 올립니다.
- 알림 형식을 맞추기 위해 최근 받은 월렛 알림 원문 몇 건을 이 기기 안에만 보관하며, 서버로 보내지 않습니다.
- 설정에서 알림 접근을 끄면 바로 멈춥니다.
4. 카메라·사진
- 영수증 사진은 이 기기 안에만 저장하며 서버로 보내지 않습니다.
- 프로필 사진으로 직접 고른 사진은 배우자 기기에서도 보이도록 서버에 올립니다. 이 사진은 주소를 아는 사람이면 볼 수 있는 방식으로 저장됩니다.
5. 기기에 저장하는 정보
- 로그인 상태, 화면 설정, 란쿤 게임 기록, 영수증 사진, 서버에 올리기 전의 결제 알림 내역을 이 기기에 저장합니다. 앱을 지우면 함께 지워집니다.
6. 보관 기간과 계정 삭제
- 정보는 계정을 쓰는 동안 보관하고, 삭제를 요청하면 지웁니다.
- 계정 삭제는 가입한 이메일로 kakebo@k8s-sre.com 에 ‘계정 삭제 요청’이라고 보내 주세요. 본인 확인 후 30일 안에 계정, 프로필, 프로필 사진, 그 계정이 남긴 가계부 정보를 지우고 결과를 알려 드립니다.
- 배우자가 가계부를 계속 쓰는 경우, 함께 쓰던 가계부 기록은 배우자를 위해 남을 수 있습니다. 두 사람이 모두 요청하거나 가계부에 남은 사람이 없으면 가계부 전체를 지웁니다.
- 지운 정보는 되살릴 수 없습니다. 서버 백업에 남은 사본도 백업 보관 기간이 지나면 지워집니다.
7. 처리 위탁과 국외 이전
앱은 다음 회사의 서비스를 써서 정보를 처리합니다. 개인정보를 이 목적 밖으로 제3자에게 제공하거나 팔지 않습니다.
- Supabase Inc. — 계정, 가계부 정보, 프로필 사진 저장. 서버 위치: 일본 도쿄(AWS). 앱을 쓸 때 인터넷으로 옮겨지며, 계정을 삭제할 때까지 보관합니다. (Supabase 개인정보처리방침)
- Google LLC — Google 로그인을 고른 경우 로그인 처리. (Google 개인정보처리방침)
- Cloudflare, Inc. — 이 웹페이지 제공. (Cloudflare 개인정보처리방침)
국외 이전을 원하지 않으면 앱을 쓰지 않거나 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 다만 이 경우 앱을 쓸 수 없습니다.
8. 안전 조치
- 통신은 암호화(HTTPS)되며, 서버에서는 같은 가계부의 구성원만 그 가계부 정보를 읽고 쓸 수 있도록 접근을 제한합니다.
9. 이용자의 권리
- 앱에서 이름, 프로필 사진, 가계부 내역을 직접 보고 고치거나 지울 수 있습니다.
- 그 밖에 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 원하면 아래 메일로 요청해 주세요. 늦지 않게 처리하겠습니다.
10. 아동
- 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 일부러 수집하지 않습니다.
11. 바뀔 때
이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 알립니다.

Privacy Policy
부부 가계부 / 夫婦の家計簿 (the “app”) is a household ledger that a couple shares. To let both partners see the same ledger, the app stores personal information on a server. This policy explains what is stored, why, and where. The app uses no advertising or analytics tools, and never sells personal information or uses it for ads.
1. Information we collect
- Account: your email address. With Google sign-in, we also receive your Google account name and profile photo URL. If you sign up with email, your password is stored hashed and cannot be read, even by the developer.
- Profile: the name you use in the app and a profile photo (your Google photo or one you upload).
- Ledger: ledger name, invite code, expense/income/settlement records (amount, store, category, memo, date, who paid, and who it was for), recurring income and expenses, and budgets.
- Thanks: chore and thank-you records, points, and the list and use of rewards.
- Payment notifications (Android, only if you turn it on): see section 3.
Your partner who shares the ledger can also see this information.
2. How we use it
- Only to sign you in, to let a couple view and edit the same ledger, and for app features such as budgets, reports and recurring entries.
3. Reading payment notifications (Android)
- This works only if you grant notification access, and reads only payment notifications from the Google Wallet app. Notifications from other apps are not read.
- From each payment notification, only the amount and store name are taken and added to the ledger as an entry awaiting your confirmation.
- To keep up with notification formats, the original text of a few recent Wallet notifications is kept on your device only and is never sent to the server.
- Turning off notification access in Settings stops it immediately.
4. Camera and photos
- Receipt photos are stored on your device only and are not sent to the server.
- A profile photo you choose is uploaded so your partner's device can show it. It is stored so that anyone with its address can view it.
5. Data stored on your device
- Sign-in state, display settings, Rankun game progress, receipt photos, and payment notifications not yet uploaded are stored on your device. They are removed when you uninstall the app.
6. Retention and account deletion
- Information is kept while you use your account and deleted when you ask.
- To delete your account, email kakebo@k8s-sre.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject “Account deletion request”. After confirming it is you, we delete your account, profile, profile photo, and the ledger information your account created within 30 days, and let you know.
- If your partner keeps using the ledger, shared ledger records may remain for them. If both of you ask, or no one is left in the ledger, the whole ledger is deleted.
- Deleted information cannot be recovered. Copies in server backups are removed when the backup retention period ends.
7. Service providers and international transfer
The app uses the following services to process information. Personal information is not shared with or sold to third parties for any other purpose.
- Supabase Inc. — stores accounts, ledger data and profile photos. Server location: Tokyo, Japan (AWS). Data is transferred over the internet while you use the app and kept until your account is deleted. (Supabase Privacy Policy)
- Google LLC — handles sign-in if you choose Google sign-in. (Google Privacy Policy)
- Cloudflare, Inc. — serves this web page. (Cloudflare Privacy Policy)
If you do not want your data transferred abroad, you can stop using the app or ask to delete your account. The app cannot be used without it.
8. Security
- All communication is encrypted (HTTPS), and the server lets only members of a ledger read and write that ledger.
9. Your rights
- You can view, edit and delete your name, profile photo and ledger entries in the app.
- For any other request to access, correct, delete or stop processing your information, email us below. We will respond promptly.
10. Children
- The app is not directed at children under 14 and does not knowingly collect children's personal information.
11. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with its effective date.
12. Privacy officer and contact

プライバシーポリシー
「夫婦の家計簿」（以下「本アプリ」）は、夫婦でひとつの家計簿を一緒に使うアプリです。ふたりが同じ家計簿を見られるよう、本アプリは個人情報をサーバーに保存します。このポリシーでは、何を、なぜ、どこに保存するかを説明します。本アプリは広告・分析ツールを使用せず、個人情報を販売したり広告に使ったりしません。
1. 取得する情報
- アカウント：メールアドレス。Google ログインを使う場合は、Google アカウントの名前とプロフィール写真のURLも受け取ります。メールで登録した場合のパスワードは暗号化（ハッシュ化）して保存され、開発者も見ることはできません。
- プロフィール：アプリで使う名前、プロフィール写真（Google のプロフィール写真、またはアップロードした写真）。
- 家計簿：家計簿の名前、招待コード、支出・収入・精算の記録（金額、お店、分類、メモ、日付、支払った人、誰のためのお金か）、定期的な収入・支出、予算。
- ありがとう：家事・ありがとうの記録、ポイント、ごほうびのリストと利用記録。
- 決済通知（Android、ご自身でオンにした場合のみ）：下の3をご覧ください。
これらの情報は、家計簿を一緒に使う配偶者にも表示されます。
2. 利用目的
- ログインと本人確認、夫婦で同じ家計簿を見て編集する機能、予算・レポート・定期支出などのアプリの機能にのみ使用します。
3. 決済通知の読み取り（Android）
- 「通知へのアクセス」を許可した場合にのみ動作し、Google ウォレット アプリの決済通知だけを読み取ります。ほかのアプリの通知は読み取りません。
- 決済通知から金額とお店の名前だけを取り出し、「確認待ち」の記録として家計簿に追加します。
- 通知の形式に対応するため、最近受け取ったウォレット通知の原文を数件この端末の中だけに保管し、サーバーには送りません。
- 設定で通知へのアクセスをオフにすると、すぐに止まります。
4. カメラ・写真
- レシートの写真はこの端末の中だけに保存し、サーバーには送りません。
- プロフィール写真として選んだ写真は、配偶者の端末にも表示されるようサーバーにアップロードします。この写真は、URLを知っていれば誰でも見られる形で保存されます。
5. 端末に保存する情報
- ログイン状態、表示の設定、ランクンのゲーム記録、レシートの写真、サーバーに送る前の決済通知の記録をこの端末に保存します。アプリを削除すると一緒に削除されます。
6. 保存期間とアカウントの削除
- 情報はアカウントを使っている間保存し、削除のご依頼があれば削除します。
- アカウントを削除するには、登録したメールアドレスから kakebo@k8s-sre.com へ「アカウント削除の依頼」とお送りください。ご本人であることを確認したうえで、30日以内にアカウント、プロフィール、プロフィール写真、そのアカウントが記録した家計簿の情報を削除し、結果をお知らせします。
- 配偶者が家計簿を使い続ける場合、一緒に使っていた家計簿の記録は配偶者のために残ることがあります。おふたりともご依頼いただいた場合、または家計簿に誰も残っていない場合は、家計簿全体を削除します。
- 削除した情報は元に戻せません。サーバーのバックアップに残った写しも、バックアップの保存期間が過ぎると削除されます。
7. 委託先と外国への移転
本アプリは、次の会社のサービスを使って情報を取り扱います。これ以外の目的で個人情報を第三者に提供・販売することはありません。
- Supabase Inc.（米国）— アカウント、家計簿の情報、プロフィール写真の保存。サーバーの所在地：日本・東京（AWS）。（Supabase のプライバシーポリシー）
- Google LLC（米国）— Google ログインを選んだ場合のログイン処理。（Google のプライバシーポリシー）
- Cloudflare, Inc.（米国）— このウェブページの配信。（Cloudflare のプライバシーポリシー）
8. 安全管理
- 通信はすべて暗号化（HTTPS）され、サーバーでは同じ家計簿のメンバーだけがその家計簿の情報を読み書きできるよう制限しています。
9. 利用者の権利
- 名前、プロフィール写真、家計簿の記録は、アプリでご自身で確認・修正・削除できます。
- そのほか開示、訂正、削除、利用停止をご希望の場合は、下記のメールでご連絡ください。速やかに対応します。
10. お子さま
- 本アプリは14歳未満のお子さまを対象としておらず、お子さまの個人情報を意図的に取得することはありません。
11. 変更
このポリシーを変更した場合は、施行日とともにこのページでお知らせします。
